Renowned for their expertise and reliability, they offer effective treatments for a wide range of pests, including rodents, insects, and birds. Despite their strong local reputation, PestBGone aimed to strengthen their digital presence to reach a broader audience and better showcase their expertise.

Digital Marketing Challenge

THE CHALLENGE

EJ Digital Marketing was tasked with transforming PestbGone’s basic online presence into an effective lead-generation platform. While a website existed, it lacked any SEO optimisation, restricting its ability to attract and engage potential clients searching for pest control services. Without solid foundations for search visibility, the business struggled to reach its target audience effectively. EJ Digital Marketing's goal was to implement a comprehensive SEO strategy and optimise for local search to improve visibility and drive high-quality leads.

EXECUTION

The digital transformation project for PestBGone began with a comprehensive optimisation of their Google Business Profile. The first step was to ensure that the profile was fully optimised with relevant, keyword-rich content, tailored to their pest control services. High-quality images showcasing their work were uploaded to give potential customers a clear view of the services provided. Additionally, we encouraged satisfied clients to leave positive reviews, helping to build credibility and trust. This combined approach not only enhanced the profile’s visibility in local search results but also positioned PestBGone as a reputable business within the community, fostering stronger customer relationships.​

In parallel, a targeted social media campaign was launched to amplify the efforts on Google Business Profile. The social media campaign focused on engaging content that was aligned with the pest control services offered by PestBGone. By regularly posting updates, promotions, and relevant industry tips, we were able to engage the local audience and drive traffic directly to the website. This multi-channel approach, combining Google Business Profile optimisation and social media outreach, significantly increased PestBGone’s online presence, boosted their visibility, and attracted valuable leads from their local area.

OPTIMISE GMB PROFILE

This project began with optimising PestBGones GMB profile. We did this by adding a keyword rich description and adding photos of the services provided. We also requested reviews from all happy customers.

GMB PROFILE CONTENT

After we optimised the GMB Profile, we stuck to a regular posting scheme. This involved three images weekly and two announcements, sharing tips and advice for all things pest control.

SOCIAL MEDIA

To aid our GMB efforts, we also ran a social media campaign. This involved sharing valuable pest control content. This included tips, tricks and showcases of PestBGones recent work.
